DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Assist project manager in all administration functions and processes.
Facilitate the development of project plans and manage them from inception to completion.
Create PR and PO and track the progress and delivery.
Do Good Received (GR) process.
Monitor all moving parts of the project keeping them synchronized and moving forward.
Prepare, organize, and distribute all necessary project materials & reporting.
Organize and implement formulated policies and procedures.
Attend all project meetings and take notes.
Budget forecast, spending report, and assess possible project risks and setbacks.
Maintain and update budgets as project progresses.
Communicate pertinent information between management, staff, and vendors/suppliers.
Advise project team on adherence to set budgets and project schedule.
Analyze project data and produce project reports.
Foster positive and productive relationship between project team, contractors, & vendors/suppliers.
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
2+ years proven experience as project administrator or in similar management role.
In-depth knowledge of our specific field.
Strong leadership skills.
Proficiency in Ms. Excel, Project, Access, and PowerPoint.
Extremely organized and focused.
Good English skills both oral & written.
A propensity for multi-tasking.
Deadline driven.
