Directing, planning and coordinating marketing direction and strategy, directing efforts to target different parts of Indonesia
Organizing and presenting marketing materials to promote our school
Arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters...
Visiting various high schools in Indonesia to market and promote higher education
Build strong relatonships with all teachers and other related stakeholders to add business in the long-term
Conducting seminars in schools or open seminars in cities across Indonesia
Providing consultancy services to parents and students
Support organizing campus tours for interested students and parents
Managing and facilitating student applications, ensuring successful enrolments
Identifying new customers
Converting data into successful enrolments
Supporting sales and lead generation efforts
Creating promotions with supporting sales teams
Attending conferences, educational expos, and related major events
Building brand awareness and positioning
Evaluating and maintaining a marketing strategy
Support development of the marketing campaign from start to finish
Researching demand for our school's products and services
Evaluating competitors
Plan various marketing activities within assigned regions in Indonesia
Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications
Working closely with our design team and assisting with creating a wide range of different marketing materials and new product launches
Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives
REQUIREMENT
Willingness to learn and develop
Bachelor degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management or English is preffered. Other majors are welcome to apply
Marketing experience in the Education industry is a plus
At least 3 years of related marketing working experience is preferred
English proficiency (speaking & writing) is a must as you would be reporting to a foreigner
Ability to sell premium products
Strong analytical and project management skills
Confident and dynamic personality
Strong creative outlook
Experience with creating a marketing campaign, marketing strategy, and marketing plans
Some experience with online marketing, including social media, and content marketing
Understanding of public relations
Advanced communication skills
Ability to quickly adapt to change
Ability to travel (within Indonesia, and abroad)
