DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Check and Balance in Daily Report (Membership Sales Report, Merchandise, Petty Cash, Cooler sales and stock)
Input membership data into Membership Management System accurately and on timely basis
Manage member request (freeze, cancellation, etc) into Club Membership Management System work together with Data Services and Admin in Home Office and General Manager
Handle telephone inquiries on club services, schedulles and customer requests
Respond to members's concerns and feedback
Perform daily checks on condition of club facilities and services and take actions as necessary
Contact members with outstanding accounts over the phone to follow up payments, update payment method information
Communicate, assist to organize club activities and internal promotions to members through microphone announcements, etc
Actively interact and assist members on inquiries and needs
Follow all documentation procedure and file records in an organized manner
Perform other functions as may be assigned from time to time
Prepare required reports and submit as per schedule, such as Daily (Operations Recap report, Official Receipt Log, etc) and Monthly (Saved Cancellation, etc)
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least a High School, Diploma & Degree any field
Can speak English will be an advantage
Familiar with Typing and Microsoft Office
Ability to build relationship with members all ages
Willing to work at shift time and weekends
Customer service or admin experience will be an advantage
