Identify and secure new distribution partners and business opportunities in Hong Kong's 3C electronics market
Build and maintain strong relationships with local distributors, vendors, and key stakeholders
Develop and expand sales channels for own-brand 3C products including power banks, travel adaptors, extension sockets, desktop sockets, charging cables, location trackers, and wall chargers
Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the 3C electronics sector
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and distribution agreements with distributors
Present our own-brand product offerings and value propositions to potential and existing distributors, highlighting manufacturing quality and competitive advantages
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
Monitor distributor performance and provide support to maximize sales potential
Track and report on business development activities, sales metrics, and market insights
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance company presence
Develop strategic sales plans and business growth strategies for the Hong Kong market
Support marketing initiatives and product promotions to distributors for our own-brand products
Maintain competitive knowledge of 3C electronics products and market dynamics
Provide regular updates to senior management on business development progress
REQUIREMENT
Degree holder preferably in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the 3C electronics/consumer electronics industry
Strong network and established relationships with local Hong Kong distributors and vendors in the 3C electronics sector
Proven ability to identify new business opportunities and sales channels
Excellent negotiation skills with ability to secure favorable distribution agreements
Proficient in English and Cantonese (Putonghua is an advantage)
Customer-focused with strong relationship-building capabilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple distributor relationships simultaneously
Strong analytical skills for market research and sales trend analysis
