Channel Strategy & Business Development
● Develop and execute strategic business plans for the hospital channel in line with company objectives and sales targets.
● Identify business opportunities, market trends, and growth potential within public, private hospitals and clinics.
● Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on market intelligence, customer feedback, and channel performance analysis.
● Support the achievement of national sales, market share, and profitability targets for the hospital channel.
Key Account & Stakeholder Management
● Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key decision makers, including Hospital Directors, Medical Committees, Procurement Teams, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), physicians, and other relevant stakeholders.
● Develop and implement account plans for strategic hospital customers.
● Lead hospital standardization and product listing initiatives to expand product access and utilization.
● Represent the company in negotiations and business discussions with hospital stakeholders and strategic partners.
Distributor & Sales Execution Management
● Collaborate closely with appointed distributors to ensure effective product distribution, coverage, and execution within assigned territories.
● Monitor distributor performance, inventory levels, product availability, and forecasting accuracy.
● Ensure timely execution of sales programs, promotional activities, and commercial initiatives across the hospital channel.
● Develop and monitor detailed action plans and performance trackers with distributors and internal stakeholders.
Cross Functional Collaboration
● Coordinate with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Medical Affairs, HCP Training, Business Intelligence, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of business plans.
● Support the development and implementation of hospital-focused marketing programs, educational activities, and customer engagement initiatives.
● Ensure customers receive clear and accurate information regarding company products, programs, and promotions.
Team Leadership & Capability Development
● Work closely with Area Sales Managers and Medical Representatives to improve execution quality and customer engagement.
● Support coaching, performance monitoring, and capability development of Medical Representatives within the hospital channel.
● Promote a high-performance culture focused on compliance, accountability, and customer excellence.
Reporting & Governance
● Prepare regular business reviews, sales forecasts, and performance reports.
● Monitor channel performance against targets and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
● Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
REQUIREMENT
● Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Health Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is an advantage.
● Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical device, or healthcare-related industries, with significant exposure to hospital channels.
● Proven track record in key account management, hospital business development, and achieving sales targets.
● Strong understanding of hospital procurement processes, product standardization, formulary listing, and stakeholder mapping within public and private hospitals.
● Established network with hospital stakeholders, including Hospital Directors, Procurement Committees, Medical Committees, KOLs, and physicians, particularly within the Ob/Gyn segment.
● Experience managing distributors and coordinating cross-functional teams.
● Strong analytical, negotiation, presentation, and business planning skills.
● Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
● Demonstrated leadership capability, strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
