DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, Management, or a related discipline (Master’s degree is an advantage) - Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in HRGA, with at least 2-5 years in a managerial or leadership role - Proven track record in handling industrial relations and complex employee cases - Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulatory frameworks - Experience in leading HR transformation or system implementation (HRIS) is highly preferred - Demonstrated ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels - Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR initiatives with organizational goals
