DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Send Purchase Order that has been created and approve Liaising between suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal departments and customers Identifying potential suppliers, visiting existing suppliers, and building and maintaining good relationships with them Negotiating and agreeing contracts and monitoring their progress, checking the quality of service provided Processing payments and invoices Forecasting price trends and their impact on future activities Create product/material of price comparison report, comparison usage of each suppliers to user ( monthly, quarterly, annually ) Implementation ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, SJH
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor degree of chemical / industrial engineering Experience as Purchasing Supervisor in the edible oil industry factory min. 2 years High level of commitment and dedication Good oral and written communication skills Good computer literacy High level of commitment and dedication Good oral and written communication skills Good computer literacy
