DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify growth areas and target new accounts Prepare sales proposals and presentations to pitch our products and services Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and other teams to ensure seamless customer experiences Monitor and report on sales performance, providing data-driven insights to inform decision-making Mentor and coach junior members of the sales team to drive professional development
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in new business development or sales management Highly interested in the beer and beverage industry Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends in the Sumatera Utara region Driven to achieve area sales targets and expand new outlets Build effective Journey Plans and Call Objectives Able to develop sales teams through coaching and training Willing to be placed in Medan, North Sumatra
