DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Sales Order & Process Support
Assist in sales order processing (key-in, verification, orders tracking)
Monitor postponed and pending orders
Handle proposal-based and management orders
Review and support improvement of operational processes
Inquiry Handling, Documentation & Payment
Handle individual sales order-related inquiries (inbound & outbound)
Support sales team/order-related inquiries and coordination
Process POA documents for debit-card payment orders
Ensure document accuracy and proper filing
Office & Branch Coordination
Support sales office setup and branch administration coordination
Assist in communication between branches and internal teams
Manage petty cash budgeting and reporting (utilities, etc.)
Support sales office management (usage and basic quality control)
REQUIREMENT
At least 3 years of experience in Sales Admin or Operations
High precision in data entry, order and payment verification, and budget reporting.
Strong coordination skills for branch management and inquiry resolution; a true "people person" who builds rapport easily.
Willing to travel to various sales offices and branches for setup, coordination, and support.
Immediate or short notice preferred due to current vacancy.
