DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Act as the initial point of contact for end-users seeking technical assistance via phone, email, chat, or in person
Provide prompt and courteous responses to IT-related inquiries and requests
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support or relevant teams
Create and maintain detailed records of user interactions, issues, and resolutions in FreshService
Follow established processes for incident and request management
Assist with software installations, updates, and configuration changes
Provide basic hardware troubleshooting and support, including peripherals and mobile devices
Assist users with password resets and account access issues
Support users with SSO access and password issues
Manage user account creations, modifications, and deletions according to established procedures
Provide remote support to off-site employees and ensure their IT needs are met
Assist with remote access solutions such as VPN and collaboration tools
Contribute to the development and maintenance of a knowledge base for common issue resolutions
Assist in user training and education on IT tools and best practices
Escalate critical or high-impact incidents to higher-level support or management as necessary
Monitor and track incident progress through resolution
REQUIREMENT
2+ years of experience in systems administration
Mac OS X system administration experience in a corporate environment
Prior experience with Windows in an Active Directory and/or Entra ID environment
Strong English proficiency
Reliable, organized, friendly, and team-oriented approach
Eagerness to learn and grow within the role
Relevant university degree is an advantage
Networking experience in Wi-Fi, firewalls, DHCP, DNS, and VPN is an advantage
