DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Maintain and update employee data and HR documentation Provide day-to-day HR administrative support Assist in recruitment activities Coordinate training programs and monitor completion Maintain and update HR reports Assist the HR team with daily operational tasks and ongoing HR projects Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to support HR initiatives
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in a related field Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in HR, with a strong passion for the field Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English TOEFL certification is an advantage Experience working with overseas stakeholders is an advantage Strong HR data management skills, including accurate data entry, handling manual HR processes, and generating reports Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks Positive attitude, proactive, and willing to learn Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with the ability to thrive in a team environment Working Hour: 08.00 - 17.00 WIB Placement of this role: Sudirman, South Jakarta
