REQUIREMENT
Knowledge supporting and configuring solutions using Mobile Device Management (MDM), HyperV, N8N, Associates degree in information technology, or equivalent work experience At least 3+ years of experience in a technical support role Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills Able to manage multiple threads of work simultaneously and knowledge to prioritize appropriately based on business or end-user needs Solutions-oriented and a quick problem-solver; can operate autonomously and escalate appropriate Have technical knowledge of MacOS, Windows 10/11, iOS, and common end user applications (i.e., MS Office)
