REQUIREMENT
Possess Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Development/ Management or any related discipline. Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition function, preferably in financial services industry. Good understanding of common HR practices. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Good command of written and spoken English. Able to interact with people at all levels and work cohesively in a team with good communication and interpersonal skills. Pleasant personality, proactive, self-motivated and able to multitask horizontally.
