DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

End-User Support & Client Management: Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned clients, performing troubleshooting for platform-related problems, and maintaining strong service relationships Incident & Problem Management: Respond promptly to incidents, investigate root causes, and provide temporary or permanent resolution of escalated issues System Administration & Monitoring: Monitor agreed service levels, document and maintain system configurations, perform local server administration for software distribution and patch management, and provide regular reporting to clients Asset & User Account Management: Perform asset management, update asset records accurately, manage user accounts (password resets, account creation/deletion), and coordinate hardware replacement with vendors Project Support & Service Improvement: Support client platform implementation and upgrade projects, ensure deliverables meet service level requirements
REQUIREMENT

Diploma in Computer/Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, or equivalent discipline 3+ years hands-on experience in Technology Administration, Desktop Support, or IT Operations supporting enterprise environments (not just helpdesk—you've handled escalated technical issues) Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows desktop platforms, applications, and hardware—you can diagnose complex technical problems systematically Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems Willingness to work in Singapore (role based in Singapore; partnering with Jobstreet Malaysia for recruitment)
