Parking Enforcement
Remotely issue Parking Breach Notices (PBN) through the infringement management portal
Collate and consolidate PBNs and prepare them for mail house processing (printing and posting)
Respond to PBN appeals through the Payment & Appeals online portal or via email using templated responses
Escalate exceptions and seek guidance for non-standard cases
Prepare and send overdue PBNs to debt collection
Manage and respond to debt collection-related enquiries
Customer Service
Sort incoming emails across all brand channels into appropriate categories
Respond to customer emails using templated responses and escalate exceptions as needed
Handle calls from the help phone line related to non-in-car-park assistance requests
Respond to live chat enquiries from the website
Provide templated reports when required
Other Administrative Support
Research and gather potential sales leads and enter accurate contact details into the online CRM
Provide general administrative and data entry support as required
REQUIREMENT
1 to 3 years of relevant work experience
Good English speaking, reading, and writing skills
Basic financial literacy skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Working knowledge of Excel functions such as data analysis and basic reporting (e.g., pivot tables)
Ability to learn and use bespoke software platforms related to company services
