REQUIREMENT

Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent with minimum GPA 3.00. 3+ years of hands‑on experience in network infrastructure, cloud networking, and IT security design, implementation, and support. Technical Skills – On‑Premises & Cloud Strong conceptual knowledge and hands‑on experience in hybrid network architecture across on‑premises infrastructure and public cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP). Experience designing and supporting cloud-native networking components, including: VPC/VNet design and segmentation Cloud routing, peering, and interconnects Cloud load balancers, cloud firewalls, WAF VPN gateways, ExpressRoute, Direct Connect, or equivalent Zero Trust network architecture in cloud environments Understanding of cloud‑based network security, including security groups, ACLs, firewall policies, cloud IAM/network identity integration. Traditional Network Infrastructure Skills Strong experience with network design, implementation, and support using Juniper, Cisco, HP Procurve, Ruckus, Palo Alto (or Fortinet) devices. Proficiency in enterprise LAN/WAN technologies: MPLS, Metro‑E, SD‑WAN, site‑to‑site VPN, mobile VPN. Strong knowledge of QoS, routing protocols (EIGRP/OSPF/BGP), network performance tuning, and network monitoring. Solid experience in wireless network design, implementation, and troubleshooting. Security & Compliance Hands‑on experience implementing network security controls across on‑prem and cloud. Familiarity with IDS/IPS, firewall policy design, segmentation, Zero Trust, and encryption standards. Experience supporting compliance requirements and security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.) is a plus. Certifications (Preferred) Relevant certifications such as: CCNA/CCNP, JNCIA/JNCIS, PCNSA/PCNSE, AWS/Azure Network Specialty, CompTIA Network+/Security+, or equivalent. Soft Skills Strong project management capability. Strong customer focus and quality mindset. Process‑driven and results‑oriented. Excellent communication & presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia. High passion for continuous learning and IT excellence. Willing to travel domestically and internationally.
