DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Desktop support including software installation, troubleshooting, network troubleshooting and maintenance. Deliver remote technical assistance to employees and affiliated personnel. Provide Level 1 support for network, application, and email-related issues.
REQUIREMENT

College/Bachelors degree of any IT related courses At least 1 year professional experience as Technical Support and Desktop support Network Troubleshooting Helpdesk and Ticketing System Experience Good oral and written communications skills Can start ASAP
