DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Manage tenant relations for temporary land/building leases and advertising spaces, acting as a liaison between tenants and the estate management, and ensuring smooth operations and positive relationships.
Provide information and assist clients regarding facilities and activities available within the estate.
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies, both through direct meetings and digital/online channels.
Analyze competitors’ marketing strategies and products to identify opportunities and challenges.
Handle the leasing process from offer preparation through agreement for temporary land/building rentals and advertising spaces.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and other related stakeholders.
Coordinate and provide regular updates on activities to supervisors.
Prepare periodic reports on marketing activities and results.
Provide recommendations for improving marketing strategies.
Understand and comply with regulations related to land/building leasing and advertising operations.
Maintain customer satisfaction and uphold a positive company image.
Ensure smooth company operations related to temporary land/building and advertising tenants.
Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in tenant relations, marketing, leasing, property management, or a similar role.
Good understanding of marketing concepts, negotiation processes, and customer relationship management.
Familiar with temporary land/building leasing and advertising (reklame) is an advantage.
Familiar with regulations related to leasing and advertising is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Able to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, agents, and internal teams.
Capable of developing and executing marketing strategies, both offline and online/digital.
Able to analyze market trends and competitor strategies.
