REQUIREMENT
Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT support or service desk role Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues Good working knowledge of Windows operating systems, Office 365, and common software applications Familiarity with IT service management processes and best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365, Azure, and other cloud-based technologies Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals A love for details and deadlines—messing up a comma?
