DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Preparing and executing administration related to bank • Accurate in payments and familiar with e-banking process • Manage the submission billing to Clients or Customers • Able to manage work priority on timely basis • Produce consistent and regular reports/database using Microsoft software for monitoring. • Responsible to all accounting activities. • Provide accurate and timely financial report. • Financial reports and statements and ensure appropriate accounting control, procedures include costing. • Prepare all taxes reconciliation on timely basis update in a new tax reporting requirement. • Prepare for annual budget process and capital budgeting. • Responsible for monthly closing and preparing report to Management • Assist Manager for daily operational. • Reconcile accounting data with Holding Company.
REQUIREMENT

• S1 Majoring in Accounting with Minimum GPA 3.00 • Minimum 3 years' experience in same position • High speed and high attention to detail and accuracy. • Preferably has working experience in shipping agency, freight forwarding & Port agency business. • Required skills accounting standard and tax regulation, finance management, balance sheet analysis, accounting and financial analysis, general accounting. • Initiative, proactive and dynamic person. • Having experience using finance accounting system. • Trustworthy, committed and reliable. • Able to work independently, and as a team whenever needed. • Initiative, proactive and dynamic person. • Fluent in English passive and active (oral & in writing). • Capable to perform multitasking work. • Strong communication skill for internal and external purpose. • Willing to be placed in Jakarta Utara.
