DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Perform calculation, payment, and monthly tax reporting (VAT, Withholding Tax Article 21/23/4(2)/26, etc.). • Prepare and submit Monthly Tax Returns (SPT Masa) through Coretax. • Create and monitor e-Faktur. • Conduct tax reconciliation between financial reporting and tax reporting. • Manage tax documentation, including invoice archives, withholding slips, payment receipts, tax journals, and correspondence from the Tax Office (DJP). • Monitor changes in tax regulations and communicate the impact to management. • Coordinate with internal and external auditors regarding tax audits or financial audits. • Provide tax-related data support for management, other departments, and tax audits by the Tax Authority (DJP). • Perform basic tax analysis for efficiency and compliance (tax planning).
REQUIREMENT

• Graduate degree in business, finance, accountancy, banking or related field is required. • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. • Fluent oral and writing skills in English. • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (i.e. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (VAT, Withholding Taxes, Corporate Income Tax, etc.). • Proficient in Coretax, e-Faktur, e-Bupot, and DJP Online. • Results driven, self-motivated, flexible, seeks constant improvement and a team player. • Organized, accurate and able to handle multiple tasks concurrently. • Good communication skills; ability to build effective working relationships with bankers and internal counterparts. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. • Handle confidential information and material with the highest degree of professional responsibility.
