DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and manage financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to align with the company's strategic objectives. Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, deliver insightful reports to management and stakeholders. Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial records through timely account reconciliations and effective oversight of general ledger systems. Oversee the company’s tax activities, ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, and prepare and submit tax reports. Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to support business decisions and cost-efficiency. Oversee daily operation in finance, accounting, and tax department.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, and taxation (Brevet A&B certification is a plus). Proficiency in English both, written and spoken. Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and current tax regulations in Indonesia. Indepth knowledge of financial analysis and strategy. Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Accurate or Hashmicro) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Having analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Willing to work at Head Office : Kelapa Gading - North Jakarta.
