DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Configure & Administer Networks: • Update network diagrams and documentation for design and planning of network communication systems • Determine impact of network requirements on existing architecture, work processes and systems • Participate in technical design reviews of applicable solutions Optimise Network Utilisation & Performance: • Consolidate network data based on key parameters or metrics • Assist in the development of capacity planning models, load-balance and/or redundancy solutions • Administer tuning of firewall rules for optimisation • Review facility bandwidth requirements and system inter-dependencies • Document network security activities in accordance with organisational policies • Monitor network activity and log technical issues • Maintain awareness of emerging software and/or hardware solutions Support Network Security Operations: • Conduct regular maintenance, patches and upgrades to the network • Prepare technical specifications and documents to procure network equipment • Perform routine backups and administer disaster recovery protocols • Assist in the development of disaster recovery plans
REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. • Must be CCNP certified; CCIE certification is highly advantageous. • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing large enterprise networks. Requires deep expertise in configuration, troubleshooting, and capacity planning across major security and infrastructure platforms, including Palo Alto, Cisco, and Check Point. • Deep hands-on technical proficiency with Firewalls and Proxy configurations, implementation, and support. • Expertise in designing, monitoring, and network & incident management (LAN, WAN, VPN). • Experiences in switches, load balancers, routers, and ISE are preferable. • Experience with automation scripting is beneficial, particularly using tools like Python and Ansible. • Must be comfortable with night activities/ weekends / shift work, when required
