DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsible for achieving sales targets through local distributor in Sulawesi area Identifying and acquiring new customers/star outlets, as well as up-selling to the existing database Build a strong pipeline and ensure accurate sales forecasting and account planning Developing and implementing programs to increase market share and customer satisfaction Analyze and plan any relevant action plant to maintain & improve market & sales objective
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor degree from any major 3 years experience as a Area Sales Supervisor from Food Manufacturing or FMCG Company Experience in handling MT, GT and Horeca Channel Have active SIM A driving license Have deep knowledge about frozen food sales distribution/channel Required skills: Leadership, Build Partnership, Negotiation Skill, Presentation, Communication Able to operate Ms. Office Placement will be at Makassar
