DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop & Maintain Core Banking Systems – Design, implement, and enhance banking applications, ensuring stability and scalability. Integration & API Development – Develop and integrate APIs for seamless communication between banking platforms, third-party systems, and digital channels. Customization & Enhancements – Customize core banking software to meet business and regulatory requirements. Performance Optimization – Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize application efficiency. Security & Compliance – Ensure banking systems comply with security policies, data protection regulations, and industry standards. Collaboration & Support – Work with Business Analysts, IT teams, and business users to understand requirements and deliver solutions. Testing & Documentation – Conduct system testing, write technical documentation, and provide user support as needed.
REQUIREMENT

Min. Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong knowledge and skill of RPG (RPG IV, ILE RPG), CL, and AS400/IBM iSeries environment. Strong knowledge of banking modules at least: CASA, GL & accounting, loans, collateral, collections, payments. Min. 3+ years of experience in AS/400 Core Banking platform like Finastra Equation, Silverlake SIBS, Sigma AlphaBits, etc. Experience in API Development: RESTful/SOAP APIs, microservices, and middleware integration. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as individual. Good communication skills to interact with stakeholders. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and security.
