DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Install, configure, and maintain servers (Windows, Linux, etc.)
Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity planning
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
Perform regular system backups and recovery procedures
Ensure network security through firewalls, antivirus, and patch management
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
Maintain and update IT documentation and SOPs
Collaborate with IT vendors and external support when necessary
Assist with IT audits and compliance requirements
Support end users on IT-related issues (e.g., via helpdesk or ticketing system)
REQUIREMENT
-Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
-1 to 3 years of experience.
-Familiarity in Network Administration, Microsoft Azure, Windows Server Administration, Linux System Administration, VMware, Kubernetes
