DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Provide second-level troubleshooting for desktop, laptop, and peripheral issues in Jakarta Area.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Assist employees with IT-related queries and escalate unresolved issues.
Ensure OS and software updates are applied to maintain security and performance.
Log, track, and resolve IT tickets’s helpdesk system.
Communicate with maintenance team to deploy next business day onsite support.
Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, VPN, LAN).
Enforce company security policies, including password management and access controls.
Manage all asset tagging & inventory by manual (Spider Asset Management Tool).
Work with higher-level IT teams for complex troubleshooting.
Provide basic IT guidance and training for employees when needed.
