DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Support and maintain financial planning and analysis (FP&A) systems
Collaborate with other teams from various business units to improve financial processes and support business initiatives
Design, test, and update models within financial planning software to support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Ensure data accuracy and integration between financial systems
Assist in data analysis and predictive modeling for forecasting and operational optimization.
Develop models and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
Work with business planning and analytics tools to generate insights and scenario models.
Perform data cleaning, processing, and validation to ensure accuracy.
Create visual reports and dashboards using business intelligence tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable insights.
Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
Manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
REQUIREMENT
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
· 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science.
· Basic knowledge of Python, R, or SQL for data processing and analysis.
· Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work with business planning and analytics tools.
· Excellent communication skills to translate data into actionable insights.
