DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manages sales of the company's products within the specified target area Manages an assigned sales area or product line to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discount Manage Area Manager to develop sales & provide quarterly outcome assessments Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products Ensure that the services provided by the sales team can meet customer expectations Collaborates with marketing team to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines Collaborate with Business Development department to explore new product and grab the market Collaboration with Technical Support team to ensure all installation, service and maintenance as schedule Collaborates with Finance and accounting to establish & control budgets for sales promotion expense
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor Degree in Medical Technology, Biological Sciences or equivalent discipline. At least 3 years’ experience in the In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) or medical device industry In depth knowledge of hematology, biochemistry, immunology, or molecular market Having experience in handling government project Good command of written and spoken English Good communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, customers and suppliers Regional Sales Manager will work under supervision of Senior Manager Market Development and have Area Manager as subordinate. The role is to ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel. Collaborate with the Marketing team in identifying goals, strategies and action plans to increase short- and long-term sales and revenue.
