1. Ensure that all booked orders are properly served to the outlets concerned by the stockiest/dealers. 2. Checks the compliance of the stockiest/dealers on the daily submission of required reports; physical appearance of third party delivery fleet. 3. Conducts 100% outlet survey regarding the quality of service rendered by the dealers. 4. Investigates customer complaints against the delivery personnel, and submits findings and recommendations to the Sales Logistics Head. 5. Submits a monthly summary of the overall performance of the stockiest/dealers to the Sales Logistics Head. 6. Coordinate with the Field Sales Supervisors on his stock requirements to and informs Product Supply Operation on unexpected trends in sales volume. 7. Ensures that the stockiest/dealer is implementing standard housekeeping procedures and stock handling system of PTD everyday. 8. Conducts monthly audit on actual stocks in stockiest/dealers; submit findings and recommendations to the Sales Logistics Head. 9. Ensure that all required reports from the warehouse to the plants are submitted daily. 10. Record the POS Material movement and conducts monthly audit and submits findings and recommendation to the Sales Logistics Head. 11. Ensure that hauling units are complying with PTD standards on physical condition. 12. Evaluates and approves the scope of work to be done on the repair of defective electric coolers by the accredited shop. 13. Keeps track of the movement of all electric coolers listed under the dealers where he is assigned; ensure that repairs and maintenance (R&M) expenses are within budget. 14. Monitors operating condition of all computer systems, communication equipment and other utilities; takes corrective action or coordinates with Information Technology Departments to facilitate repair.
