DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
-Performing all procurement processes; sourcing, negotiating, supplier selecting, issuing purchase orders and reporting relating to operational needs, maintenance, warehouse/facility supplies, and others expenses
-Working closely with other departments to consolidate all requirements for the sourcing plan
-Ensuring in the integrity of suppliers and ensuring all purchases are cost-effective and based on the most beneficial terms of payment
-Monitoring and reviewing progress regularly to generate procurement reports
REQUIREMENT
-Bachelor’s degree from any major (preferably related to Logistics, Transportation, or Supply Chain is a plus) -Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, operations, or a related field -Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) -Good communication and coordination skills -Willing to work on-site mobile in Kuningan and Cipayung
