DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Financial Reporting & Analysis
Prepare, review, and submit Monthly Management Reports (MMR) and commentary.
Analyze and review balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and gross profit (GP) performance across entities.
Perform monthly account reconciliations and balance reviews.
Lock the accounting system post-month-end close.
Accounting Operations Oversight
Validate all journal transactions posted by the finance and accounting team.
Monitor the entire accounting cycle to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
Guide and support accounting staff in day-to-day operations and accounting software usage.
Create and manage accounts in the accounting program.
Assist the AP/AR teams on system issues or transactional discrepancies.
Tax Compliance & Coordination
Oversee tax activities: reconciliation, payment, reporting, and issue resolution.
Review tax equalizations (VAT and all WHT).
Liaise with external tax consultants and review Corporate Income Tax Return (CITR) submissions.
Assist and accompany internal, external, and tax audits.
Budgeting & Forecasting
Support the preparation of the Annual Budget Plan ,
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather budget inputs.
Validate sales forecasts and operating expense estimates.
Prepare working files for SG&A budgeting.
Team Management & Process Improvement
Review team performance and improve efficiency and productivity.
Ensure optimal resource utilization (90%+); recommend streamlining if underutilized.
Eliminate redundant processes and automate manual tasks to enhance workflow.
Develop and maintain clear JD, SLA, job rotation, backup plans, and succession planning for the team.
Promote clear communication within the team and with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Take on ad hoc assignments as required.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or tax certification is an added advantage.
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in accounting and financial planning, preferably in a multi-entity environment.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations
Hands-on experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
