Align HR initiatives with business needs, especially in fintech/multifinance units.
Provide strategic support to senior stakeholders on organizational matters.
Industrial Relations
Handle employee disputes and compliance with labor regulations.
Advise leadership on risk mitigation and disciplinary actions.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Oversee recruitment and workforce planning.
Lead talent attraction strategies and onboarding processes.
Employer Branding
Promote the company as an employer of choice via digital and offline channels.
Collaborate with marketing to strengthen employer identity.
Learning & Talent Development
Identify skill gaps and design upskilling programs.
Drive leadership development and career progression initiatives.
Performance Management
Oversee full-cycle performance management: goal setting, feedback, and calibration.
Support performance improvement processes.
Employee Engagement
Enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
Act as a trusted HR advisor for workplace relations and team cohesion.
REQUIREMENT
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or related fields.
Experience:
5+ years in HR, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
Prior experience in banking or multifinance companies is a must.
Specialization:
Strong background in Industrial Relations, Talent Development, Recruitment, and Performance Management.
Technical Skills:
Excellent knowledge of Indonesian labor law and dispute handling.
Language:
Fluent in English (spoken and written) at a professional level.
