DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and implement training programs for Beauty Advisors (Beauty SPG) to enhance their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills. Conduct in-person training sessions and workshops at designated locations, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across all training sessions. Assess the training needs of Beauty Advisors and customize training materials accordingly. Provide ongoing support and guidance to Beauty Advisors to help them achieve their sales targets and performance goals. Collaborate with regional managers to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance the performance of Beauty Advisors. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through regular assessments and feedback sessions. Stay updated on industry trends, product launches, and competitor activities to ensure that training materials are relevant and up-to-date. Act as a liaison between the field sales team and the corporate office, providing valuable insights and feedback to improve overall performance.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in any major Proven experience in sales training, highly preferable in the beauty or cosmetics industry. Willingness to travel extensively for several targeted area Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Passion for the beauty industry and a genuine desire to help others succeed. As a Field Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs to our Beauty Advisors across South Sulawesi area. This role requires a combination of remote work and frequent business trips to conduct offline training sessions, assessments, and performance evaluations.
