DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage the purchasing process from requisition to order placement, ensuring timely delivery of supplies Liaise with suppliers to negotiate favourable terms, monitor performance and resolve any issues Maintain accurate inventory records and implement effective stock control measures Collaborate cross-functionally to understand production requirements and procurement needs Identify opportunities to optimise purchasing processes and drive cost savings Prepare detailed reports and analysis to support strategic procurement decisions
REQUIREMENT

Proven experience as a Purchasing Officer or Buyer in a manufacturing or logistics environment Strong understanding of purchasing best practices, supplier management and inventory control Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in using procurement software and ERP systems A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively cross-functionally Strong analytical and problem-solving skills The role As a Purchasing Staff at PT. Cantik Alami Sehat', you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient procurement of materials and supplies to support the company's manufacturing operations in West Jakarta. This is a full-time position that will allow you to apply your expertise in purchasing, logistics and inventory management to contribute directly to the organisation's success.
