DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
-Manage end-to-end financial transactions in compliance with PSAK and Indonesian Tax Regulations.
-Handle corporate banking activities, including the preparation and execution of payment transactions.
-Verify, organize, and maintain documentation for all payment schedules.
-Supervise and ensure timely and accurate reporting on Coretax of taxes (VAT, PPh 21, 22, 23, 4(2), and Corporate Income Tax) on a monthly and annual basis.
-Oversee tax audits and address tax queries (SP2DK) effectively.
-Manage the monthly payroll process systematically and ensure on-time disbursement.
-Prepare and monitor monthly cash flow projections.
-Ensure accurate and timely billing and documentation of accounts receivable.
-Coordinate administration related to export and import duties (e.g., PEB, PIB, Telex Release, Container Handling).
-Liaise with banks, government institutions, vendors, and customers to support financial operations.
-Develop and maintain financial administrative processes and internal controls.
-Prepare and deliver monthly and annual financial reports accurately and on schedule.
REQUIREMENT
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
-Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles.
-Strong knowledge of PSAK (Indonesian GAAP) and Indonesian Tax Regulations.
-Proven experience in tax reporting and handling tax audits (SP2DK).
-Hands-on experience with payroll processing and cash flow management.
-Familiarity with export-import administrative procedures is an advantage.
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external in charge.
-Proficient in accounting software (accurate online) and Microsoft Excel.
-Ability to work independently and report directly to top management.
-Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
