REQUIREMENT
1. Bachelor degree of Information and Technology 2. Experienced at least 1 year as IT Support Help Desk 3. Strong understanding of networking fundamentals adn hardware (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, switching, firewalls) 4. Familiar with monitoring tools and server system (e.g., Zabbix, SolarWinds, Nagios, Linux, Windows, etc.) 5. Experience with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox) 6. Experienced in using log monitoring tools (e.g., ELK, Graylog, Windows, Event Viewer, Observium, Elastic, etc) 7. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability 8. Good communication skills for supporting end-users
