Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
Set clear goals and objectives for team members and monitor their performance.
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and team meetings to provide feedback, guidance, and support.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
Monitor sales metrics and create reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
Provide feedback to leadership on market trends, competitive activities, and customer preferences.
Process Improvement:
Streamline sales processes and workflows to improve efficiency and productivity.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and incorporate them into the team’s operations.
REQUIREMENT
Established connections and channels within the Medan area, particularly in the industrial market and engineering sectors.
Proven experience as a Sales Manager, Team Lead, or in a similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
