DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Organize and manage customer progress, orders, and related documents to ensure effective coordination within the sales team. Maintain client records and databases, including contact information, purchase history, and other relevant details. Assist in creating sales proposals, contracts, quotations, and other sales documents. Assist the sales team in scheduling client meetings and sales events. Track sales orders, coordinate deliveries, resolve order issues, and provide customer support. Coordinate post-sales activities, including customer satisfaction surveys, issue resolution, and customer relationship management. Assist the sales team in achieving sales goals and providing excellent service to clients. Quickly address issues, adapt to changing circumstances, and ensure the smooth operation of sales processes.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree or higher, no specific major required. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in using office software, including the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong interest in and experience with customer service and post-sales work. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing circumstances. Sales or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory. Fluent in English.
