DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Conduct job analysis for all positions within the organization. Perform workload analysis for existing positions to ensure operational efficiency. Execute Job Evaluation processes to assess roles and responsibilities. Collaborate with department managers to develop Job Profiles for new roles, ensuring alignment with approved organizational structures and business needs. Plan workforce requirements based on management-approved organizational structures.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in any major Minimum of 2 years of professional experience Previous experience in HR consultancy is a strong advantage Possess strong skills in effective interactive communication, conflict resolution, and creative thinking to address organizational challenges effectively. Proficient in data analysis and advanced Excel, ensuring accurate insights and solutions for organizational development initiatives. Placement : Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta
