REQUIREMENT
Preferably bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. At least 8-10 years of experience in performance/digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce, fashion, or retail-industry particularly in the travel-gear segment is highly preferred. Proven in developing marketing talents in the previous organization Demonstrated ability to oversee and optimize campaigns across digital channels. Proven track record in managing and optimizing paid advertising budgets with clear ROAS and ROI results (experience on hitting ROAS >15 is highly desirable) Highly-skilled in managing digital ads like Meta, Google Ads, Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok, Lazada and Webstore. Have a deep understanding of top-mid-bottom funnel characteristics. Have experience in growth hacking digital marketing channels with proven data / working evidence. Experience in managing P&L unit, not only sales/revenue but profitability as well. Have wide networking access to digital marketing partners. Strong analytical skills with a command of Excel/Google Sheets and reporting dashboards. Understanding of digital consumer behavior and fashion retail dynamics. A results-driven mindset and ability to work independently and collaboratively. Familiar with Lean Start Up approach; build, measure, learn, & scale. Skilled in setting up new ways of working and systems in the previous organizations
