DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets Managing a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, training and performance feedback Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and identifying new sales opportunities Monitoring market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to inform sales plans Preparing sales reports and analysing data to identify areas for improvement Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and delivery Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and industry regulations
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field discipline. Master degree is preferred Minimum 5 years of experience in a chemical sales supervisor Strong understanding of the chemical industry, products and market dynamics Proven track record of leading and motivating sales teams to achieve targets Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills also problem solver Ability to use MS office, analyse data, identify trends and make informed business decisions Willing to work under pressure and target, have good attitude, fast learner and fast adapting, high initiative. Willing to be place at Jakarta.
