DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

· Install and maintain software, hardware and network systems. · Troubleshoot and support IT equipment (Laptop, PC, Printer, etc.). · Maintain email and IT infrastructure (switch hub, router, mikrotik, etc.). · Provide End User Training and ensure SOP compliance. · Providing ongoing IT support across all business units within the Tempo Scan Group.
REQUIREMENT

· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Management, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering. · IPK minimum GPA 3.00 (scale 4). · 1 year experience in IT Technical Support. · Skilled in LAN/WAN networking, Windows OS & Linux OS installation and standard software installation. · Expert in hardware and software troubleshooting. · Adaptable, eager to learn, and strong problem-solving skills. · Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer focus. · Willing to be assigned to branches in Bandung and Surabaya
