DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Collect, clean, and process large volumes of structured and unstructured data from various sources (ERP, CRM, production systems, etc.). Design and implement financial models to evaluate business performance, pricing strategies, ROI, and cost structures. Build interactive dashboards and automated reporting tools using BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent). Identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights through statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques. Collaborate with finance, operations, marketing, and product teams to align data insights with strategic goals. Communicate findings through clear visualizations and executive summaries for stakeholders. Stay up to date with emerging data technologies and recommend tools or practices to enhance data capabilities. Other responsibilities as needed.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, Economics, or related. Business English proficiency. Min. 3 years of working experience as Data Analyst in any industry with good understanding of financial data processing, generating data insights, data mining, assessing and visualization.
