DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Feature Testing and Verification: Understand product requirements and create test plans and test cases. Perform functional, UI/UX, and regression testing on new features across browsers and devices. Provide timely feedback to developers by identifying bugs, inconsistencies, or unexpected behavior. Collaboration and Developer Support: Work closely with developers to understand feature functionality and edge cases. Reproduce reported issues and assist in debugging and verification of fixes. Help ensure code quality by participating in reviews and contributing test coverage insights. Automation and Tooling: Contribute to the development and maintenance of automated test scripts. Identify opportunities for automation to increase test coverage and efficiency. Assist in maintaining CI pipelines and test environments. Continuous Improvement: Document test results and maintain a structured knowledge base of test cases and known issues. Proactively suggest improvements to testing processes and platform usability. Stay informed on QA trends, tools, and techniques — especially in AI-powered testing or quality assurance solutions.
REQUIREMENT

Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Experience in software testing, technical internships, or relevant QA/project work. Fresh graduates with a strong technical foundation and attention to detail are welcome to apply. Technical Skills: Familiarity with testing methodologies including unit, integration, regression, and acceptance testing. Some experience in writing test scripts using Python, JavaScript, or other modern programming languages. Understanding of how web applications work (client-server model, REST APIs, browser dev tools, etc.). Experience using bug tracking and project management tools (e.g., GitHub Issues, Jira). Exposure to test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines is a plus. Interest in AI tools and automated testing solutions is a bonus. Soft Skills: Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to collaborate with engineers and stakeholders. Strong attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset. Ability to communicate clearly and proactively raise quality concerns. Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to an evolving product and team.
