DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Identify and qualify new suppliers. Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors. Negotiate prices, contracts, and delivery terms. Conduct market research on material trends and availability. Analyze costs and recommend savings opportunities. Ensure supplier compliance with policies and regulations. Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill procurement needs. Prepare procurement reports for management insights. Contribute to procurement process and system improvements.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 1 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably within the Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics industry Strong negotiation and vendor management skills with the ability to build and maintain successful supplier relationships Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret and communicate procurement insights Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Familiarity with procurement software and systems, with the ability to adapt to new technologies A customer-focused mindset and the ability to balance the needs of internal stakeholders and suppliers Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
