DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts and stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems for maximum space utilization and accessibility Manage inbound and outbound logistics processes to ensure on-time and error-free deliveries Coordinate and oversee transportation resources, including third-party logistics (3PL) providers Negotiate with logistics partners to reduce costs while maintaining high service standards Prepare and present logistics and warehouse performance reports, including cost tracking, inventory turnover, and vendor evaluations Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to stock discrepancies, delivery delays, and vendor coordination Lead initiatives to analyze and improve warehouse workflows, enhancing efficiency and reducing bottlenecks Provide regular updates and insights to management on operational performance and KPIs
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse and logistics operations, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial capacity In-depth knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control, and logistics processes Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Proven leadership and team management abilities, especially in high-volume, fast-paced environments Excellent communication and negotiation skills Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy, safety, and continuous improvement Willingness to work on-site at Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK), Jakarta
