DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Lead and manage a sales representative team. Ensuring sales and operation activities according to applicable procedures. Ensuring the achievement of sales targets and other targets. Maintain good relationship with dealers
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree Experiences in Car Leasing company (Financial Services Industry) minimum 3 years in Sales and Operation area. Strong knowledge in Financial Statement, Sales & Operations and Credit Analyst in Leasing industry Analytical and have good problem solving skills Good Communication, and strong leadership Able to work under the pressure and conduct deliverable of work done in properly manner We recruit people with high integrity and high team spirit and solid personality.
