
Sales Engineer

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. - 3-5 years of combined experience in product management (industrial/mechanical products) and technical sales (B2B, preferably in fasteners, machinery, or heavy equipment). - Deep technical knowledge of bolting systems, torque principles, and industrial safety standards. - Proven ability to create, follow up, and close leads (provide examples of sales targets achieved). - Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace. - Willing to travel domestic (Surabaya and Bekasi) or even international whenever needed. Product Management (20%) - Develop and execute the product strategy for Nord-Lock solutions in Indonesia/Southeast Asia. - Manage product lifecycle: pricing, inventory forecasting, technical documentation, and compliance. - Collaborate with Nord-Lock’s global team to align regional launches and campaigns. - Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken). - Experience working with distributors or global principals (e.g., Nord-Lock, Atlas Copco). - Familiarity with CAD software or bolt tensioning tools.
