DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Investigate intrusions by identifying infection vectors, IOCs, and threat tactics to support detection and remediation. Monitor security alerts, perform triage, and fine-tune detection to reduce false positives. Maintain and support security sensors and infrastructure, including incident analysis and reporting. Manage tickets within SLA, escalate with proper evidence, and collaborate with L2/L3 teams for continuous improvement. Perform daily operations, shift rotations (including weekends/holidays), and prepare security reports as needed.
REQUIREMENT

Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related fields Minimum 2 years' experience with security tools (e.g., Firewall, EDR, SIEM, IDS/IPS, PAM) and basic understanding of networking and system infrastructure. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently with minimal guidance. Programming skills (e.g., Python, Perl, Java) and certifications like CEH or Security+ are an advantage
